There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as a Littleton real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

Hi! I've lived in the Denver Metro area since 1970.My background in college and my experience for the past 37 years has been in marketing and sales. Eighty-five percent of my business comes from referrals. Communication and people skills are two of my strengths. Buying and selling real estate are major steps in anyone's life and can be very stressful. I tell them I don't just want to help them buy a home, I want to be around to sell it for them when that time comes. I live in Parker, Colorado and my office is in Highlands Ranch. However, I have sold and listed properties throughout the larger Denver Metro area; from Conifer and Evergreen to Thornton and Brighton, to Parker, Elizabeth, and Castle Rock. Some of my achievements include: earning the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist Award, which only 4% of all realtors in the country ever achieve; earning the prestigious President's Circle Award for performance from Coldwell Banker for 2001,2002,2003.I enjoy playing golf, tennis and travel.
